The theme of the video should revolve around a surprising marriage proposal, capturing the moment of "popping the question" and tying the love knot. Participants must upload their videos to YouTube and provide the video's URL in their scholarship application.

A minimum of three participants is required to initiate the scholarship contest.

How to Enter

Participants are required to submit their scholarship applications through the official Diamonds-USA Scholarship application portal (https://www.diamonds-usa.com/scholarship-application/) by December 15th each year, starting on January 1st at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. By submitting an application, participants fully and unconditionally accept and agree to DUSA's application process, which is deemed final and binding. Each student is allowed to apply only once per year.
