I would just like to say how amazingly happy I am with my engagement ring which was purchased from Diamonds USA. The service was impeccable, the ring is delectable and I am the happiest bride to be around with my super shinny engagement ring!!
It was daunting buying something of such high value and importance from a website but I could not be happier with the final product!!
This wasn't my first engagement ring!! The ring my fiance proposed with was faulty and after 8 months of engagement the ring band had practically disintegrated (this ring was purchased from a well known UK retailer). When I took on the task of finding a good jeweller to produce my new (improved) engagement ring I started looking for designs on the internet and came across Diamonds USA. As i said I was a little apprehensive but after speaking to the customer services rep over the phone I knew I was dealing with a stand up company with great customer service skills. The delivery time of my ring was actually quicker than if purchased from a UK store.
I honestly could not be more happy with my ring and I am just over the moon that I found the Diamonds USA website!!
