These are the terms and conditions that govern Diamonds-USA's Diamond Price Guarantee program;
1. In order for a competitor’s diamond to be eligible it must have the characteristics as a certified Diamonds-USA diamond. This includes factors such, as carat weight, cut, color, clarity, fluorescence, table and depth percentage, symmetry and more. Diamonds-USA will review your request. 2. The Diamond Price Guarantee only applies to certified diamonds that can be purchased through www.diamonds-USA.com.
3. The Diamond Price Guarantee is valid before you make a purchase from Diamonds-USA. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days you have the option to return the diamond.
4. To confirm the competing price please provide our Diamond & Jewelry Consultants with two things; (1) a copy of the GIA grading report for the competitors diamond; and (2) either a link, to a website offering or a published price offer. Please note that this cannot be a marketplace site that aggregates listings; it must be a retailer selling the diamond.
5. The competing price must be publicly accessible. Not based on any discounts or offers.
6.The lower price should be effective when Diamonds-USA verifies your request.
7. Offers that have expired are not eligible.
8. Competing prices must be, in the currency.
9. The Diamond Price match does not apply to diamonds.
10. The competitors diamond must have a GIA grading report that is dated within the two (2) years.
11. The competitors diamond must be currently in stock and available for purchase at the price.
12. The price provided by Diamonds-USA includes any rebates, gift certificates and promotional discounts along with shipping and handling costs factored into the price comparison.
13. Special promotions offered by competitors, such as rebates, gift certificates, bundled products or "buy one get one" offers are not eligible for consideration.
14. Time limited sales events with specified time or quantity restrictions, clearance sales, liquidation sales, going out of business sales and offers exclusive to loyalty programs do not qualify for the Diamond Price Guarantee.
15. The Diamond Price Guarantee does not cover instances of pricing or typographical errors made by either the competitor or Diamonds-USA.
16. Pawn shops and auction platforms (physical locations) are not eligible, for this guarantee.
One diamond, per customer is eligible for the Diamond Price Guarantee. This guarantee can only be applied once per diamond regardless of any offers at a price.
17. The Diamond Price Guarantee applies specifically to purchases. Is not applicable, for resale or commercial purposes.
18. If Diamonds-USA agrees to match a competitors price the new price will be honored for a period of 48 hours.
19. Diamonds-USA reserves the right to verify all information related to the competing offer and may decline a price if the verification process is unsatisfactory.
20. The Diamond Price Match cannot be combined with any affiliate partner activities, including but not limited to offers coupons, loyalty programs, rebates or reward partnerships. It is strictly prohibited to stack offers on top of the price match.
21. We retain the right to; (A) reject requests (B) modify these terms anytime and (C) terminate the Diamond Price Guarantee whenever deemed necessary
