Shayne Ward who just got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Sophie Austin posted a photo on Instagram announcing the news to the world. For those who are not familiar with the name, Shayne Ward is the winner of the 2nd series of X Factor UK. That happened in 2005 following which his career took off. Ward went on to star in a popular British soap opera called Coronation Street in which he plays the character of Aidan Connor. As for his fiancé Sophie Austin, she is a familiar face in the British television too. In case you are wondering where you’ve seen her, she was in Hollyoaks as Lindsey Butterfield.
Back to the topic at hand, Ward popped the question to Austin who he has been dating for a long time now with a marquise-cut diamond halo ring. The answer was a yes, and along came the picture of an enormous diamond ring on his fiancées fourth finger tagged '#MrsWardtobe'. The couple has a daughter together, Willow May. Following the announcement, the two were showered with congratulation messages on their social media accounts. The amazing news travelled fast across the Internet as do news of this kind, as his fans took to celebrating the event.
The amazing news before this one came from the couple when they welcomed their first child. Just a year later, Ward took the next step to get engaged to the mother of his child.
