Master craftsmen have always found inspiration in the ever changing natural world and they can make everything, from a single vine leaf to a not so pleasant looking python look beautiful, attractive and wearable. The exhibition held in Shelburne Museum in Vermont explores the theme of nature and how it had transformed into being amuse to various artists and designers. In the fauna section of the exhibition some masterpieces made from diamond were displayed. A dazzling diamond-crowned swan brooch graced the occasion along with a lovely hummingbird.
On one hand there is a diamond encrusted mouse with a stylish tail tantalized the visitors while on the other hand a lizard made from diamond and other gemstones can astound you totally. There are also spiders on the display made from chocolate diamonds and a low profiled caterpillar in yellow diamonds contributing to make the atmosphere quite natural.
