According to the grapevine, those two are madly in love and are officially dating, but that’s not a conjecture anymore. The two have got engaged and are now fiancées. This Valentine’s Day, Chad Duell popped his girlfriend Courtney the big question and she said “yes”. The two announced the news of their engagement the same day on Instagram with a cute picture.
In the picture, Courtney is holding up her left hand flashing a stunner sparkler on her ring finger. Their engagement made news ripples among the fans who were long waiting for two of their favorite television stars to take the next big step. Turns out that their prayers were answered as Chad put a ring on it.

The other big surprise about their engagement was the ring. For his proposal, Chad didn’t go the way most do. He didn’t pick a sparkler with a rock size diamond on it to surprise the women of his dreams. Instead, he picked out a ring that surprised and impressed everybody instantly. Judging by the public reaction and her social media posts, it won’t be too much to say that Chad swept her off her feet with the ring.
The ring which caught the fancy of millions, at first sight, is not a diamond solitaire. Nor does it feature the usual elements of an engagement ring. Her new accessory features a blue sapphire square cut and set with the vertices out. The stone is set in place by a shimmering band of diamonds that border the top of the stone going around the finger to create the extra element of sparkle and contrast. The
blue sapphire which is beautiful and catchy in itself becomes twice more interesting with the diamond band that forms a crown on top before gliding down the sides and run to the back.
Courtney posted an up-close video of the ring in the same post which offers a clear look at the ring. The
sapphire secured by the classic four prongs seems to be set on a platinum framework. We still don’t know the specs but from the looks of it, the sapphire is somewhere between 4 and 5 carats. It’s hard to estimate the worth of a ring as this without knowing the details, but it’s not too much to say that is worth a good deal of money.
