I would like to take the time to thank you and all your staff for helping me make one of the largest purchases of my life.
I was quite hesitant on purchasing a diamond engagement ring over the internet. I had done my homework and research and visited many retailers, even went as far as going to the diamond district in NYC. The best price I found was here at Diamonds-Usa.Com, however not being able to see and hold what I was purchasing was quite concerning. I had read all about the money back guarantee etc and was still hesitant.
It was at this point I spoke with Adi, she was very helpful and made me feel welcome and much more comfortable about this purchase. I had purchased a diamond with the thought if it's not worth what they say, I'd simply return it.
Well, the ring arrived at my local Post office in NY in two days, which was fantastic. The next day I took the ring to a local Gemologist who does not sell diamonds, so I knew I would get an unbiased opinion, the Gemologist came back with exactly what was on the EGL certificate. At this point I was happy because I had seen the EGL certificate online and wanted exactly what it had said. The next part was the dollar figure on the appraisal, almost holding my breath, the ring (including the lovely setting, which was sized perfect) appraised for $1,500 more than the purchase price.
I was hesitant but no loner am, Diamonds-Usa is a professional, upstanding and most of all, honest internet provider.
My
now Fiance? loves her ring and can't say enough about my choice. What else can I say but Thank You!! I hope this letter allows other customers to feel the trust I have experienced first hand with Diamonds-Usa.
