One of the things I found was that the sales person do not necessarily give the best value proposal. Thus, I'm inclined to think that most shoppers are more often than not "sweet-talked" into buying diamonds that are pricy but lacking in terms of the 4Cs. It is tough to get a diamond with well-balanced "4C" character and at a reasonable price. Choosing to buy online incurs risks: how do you establish trust buying from a thousand miles away, when everything could go wrong from the authenticity of the diamond, mishandling of shipment, to even the choice of person you pick to verify the diamond? Fortunately for me, Diamonds-USA took care and did a great job of delivering on promise.

 

 I had to worry about choosing the right person to verify the diamond though, and I too had my peace of mind when I managed to find the gemologists who performed the whole grading process in front of my eyes and verified the diamond to my satisfaction.

 

I would like to congratulate Diamonds-USA on delivering on promise and gaining another satisfied customer. To all internet shoppers out there, I'd also advise that they could reduce their own risks if they clearly know what they're doing. More importantly, always have the supplier back-up their claims with a money-back guarantee. Pay for a gemologist to verify the diamond right before your eyes. Be safe, not sorry.
