I also found Diamonds USA to offer an excellent customer service. My item of jewellery was customised exactly as I asked, even last minute changes I made were happily dealt with. I was also kept fully up-to-date with the progression of my order, right to the point of delivery.
My item of jewellery arrived on time, complete with a diamond certificate and appraisal for insurance. Had I purchased this item elsewhere, it would have cost OVER THREE TIMES AS MUCH.
