I had absolutely no problems in ordering, shipping, or receiving the diamond.
I was skeptical going into the purchase, but several things set me at ease. I was impressed with the return policy and the fact that my credit card was not charged until after the diamond was received and after the 10-day grace period. I was also impressed with the reassuring paper work and lab testing certificates that were included in my order. The order also included an insurance appraisal which actually valued my diamond for more than the price at which I bought it!
My final validation came when I took the diamond to a local jeweler and had it inspected. They assured me that I had purchased a diamond of incredible quality and could not believe the price I paid.
