Needless to say, I looked around for the diamond I wanted to buy my wife and was tempted more than once while in different jewelry stores to make an impulsive purchase. Obviously I didn't and I am so very pleased that my patience paid off. The diamond is incredible and my wife is ecstatic.

Never having ordered anything this expensive before off the internet I chose to call in and speak with your people before making the purchase.
The sales people were very helpful and after making the purchase I could not believe the follow-up. In addition to the immediate email knowledgement of the order, I was sent daily follow-up acknowledgments tracking the order, it was very re-assuring and quite incredible.
When my order arrived I could not believe it, it only took 4 working days to arrive.
Needless to say, my gift arrived on time and I was very pleased that I had taken the leap of faith and ordered through diamonds-usa.
