I would to send my thanks to all staff that assisted me with the purchase of my diamond engagement ring. The service from beginning to end was absolutely faultless. The customer service staff were always cheeful and willing to help with all my enquiries.
The diamond ring was beautiful and craftmanship was excellent. I had my diamond ring appraised as soon as it arrived, and was suprised when the valuation came in at over double what I paid.
Like many others I was quite hesitant with the idea of buying jewellery over the internet. I would buy from Diamonds-USA again without second thought.
