Hello, I recently purchased a wedding ring from Diamonds USA and was absolutely impressed so greatly with their service and quality of jewelry that I was actually excited to write this and let anyone and everyone know what a WONDERFUL company they are!
I am pretty picky about my diamonds and both rings, my original engagement ring was also purchased from Diamonds USA, and my wedding ring are the most beautiful diamonds I own.
I have received compliments from people I do not even know and they say that they "just had to say something because the rings are so eye catching and brilliant". I must say that I more than agree!
Not only was the website very easy to navigate but when I called the customer service number to ask a few additional questions I was greeted with exceptional customer service and they made the process incredibly easy.
My ring was a last minute ordeal and was needed within a few days before I was to fly off to Maui to get married and they had the ring to me within three days matching my exact specifications perfectly! I will not only continue to buy all of my diamonds and jewelry through Diamonds USA but will continuously recommend them to everyone I know that is looking to purchase their rings.
The savings, service, and quality can not be matched by anyone! My career itself depends on customer service and I know how important it is, and Diamonds USA goes above and beyond their call of duty in all ways!
