We would like to extend a huge thanks to Diamonds-USA for helping us to select and purchase the perfect engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. We would like to point out that they were helpful and friendly and accommodated us with all our requirements from sizing to sending the package to a specific location by a specific date.
The diamond on the engagement ring is gorgeous. My wife often twiddles her finger to make it sparkle. We were very happy with it. As this was a very important and very valuable purchase, we were slightly nervous upon receiving the package. You are never sure what you can get when you buy on the internet so to be safe we had it valued at another jeweler just to be sure we had received what we had ordered. The jeweler said it was a stunning gem and valued it at three times what we paid for it.
Our wedding bands were also lovely. We chose matching ones with an engraving on the inside. There were however a few scratches on both wedding bands when we opened the package.
On the whole we were very happy with the service we received from Diamonds-USA. Any questions we had were answered and they always kept us informed of what was happening from the moment we placed the order, to the rings leaving the workshop to the moment it had a tracking number with the postal service.
We are pretty sure we will be back to buy other items in the future (anniversary presents always come in handy) so wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking to buy diamonds and jewelry.
