We couldn''t be happier with Diamonds-USA for making the purchase of my engagement ring a pleasant experience from beginning to end!
Like many people, we weren''t sure about buying a ring without seeing it. We did some research on Diamonds-USA and found a flattering mention on MSN''s website which made us feel comfortable buying from them. We were also happy to learn that they certify their diamonds and do not support the "blood diamond trade".
The ring looks exactly like it did in the photo on the Diamonds-USA website and fits perfectly.
It was delivered via certified mail, which meant it required one of our signatures, and we had the tracking info so we knew exactly when it was coming. The ring was packed carefully in an environmentally friendly fashion and included a gift bag and certification paperwork.
When Joel opened the ring (from the beautiful ring box it came in) I had him look at it first as I kept my eyes shut. He slipped the ring on my finger, I opened my eyes and was ecstatic from the second I laid eyes on my new engagement ring!
We received prompt calls and emails from friendly representatives at Diamonds-USA through every step of the process. Today I opened my email to find a letter from David Braverman himself thanking us for purchasing from Diamonds-USA.

We loved the fact that we had 10 days after signing for the ring to decide whether to keep it [we decided the first moment we got it that we weren''t sending it back but it was nice to know the option was there if it wasn''t "the ring" after all].
