Serveral years ago, I hesitantly purchased a loose diamond from Diamonds USA for investment purposes. Upon arrival, I had the stone appraised by a local jeweler, and to my surprise, it was exactly what was advertised. In fact, it was given a higher clarity by the appraiser.
I recently sent the stone back to Diamonds USA to have an engagement ring made using the original stone as the center piece. I ordered what I thought would be complimentary stones for the sides, and was quickly informed by Diamonds USA, that the stones I ordered would not match appropriately. I asked for their advice, and much to my surprise (again), they advised that I purchase stones to match my original single stone purchase, which were less expensive than my original request.
I have dealt with jewelers in the past, and have never witnessed this type of integrity, and or service. I asked for an unrealistic delivery date, and they came through by sending my order express mail.
Hands down, the best experience and value that I have seen in the industry.
