I can only describe both the product and service as absolutely superb.
In the beginning I had reservations about ordering such a valuable (both financially and sentimentally) item from what was effectively an unknown web site.
However the the order process was simple, the customer service well placed (i.e 10 days call off) and communication between client and supplier was excellent throughout, question or query e-mails were responded to promptly, were concise and to the point. On final delivery my fiancee was more than happy with the actual ring.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in using diamonds-usa again. Given the easy experience and reasonable prices we have decided to purchase our wedding rings from you as well hopefully sometime in the spring of 2007.
