My experience with Diamonds USA was great!
In the beginning when I was shopping around for an engagement ring, I wasn't going to purchase a ring online. I searched the internet to get an idea of what type of ring I should purchase.
After looking at numerous websites and finally deciding on what I want, I came across Diamonds USA by accident. I checked out the website and read nothing but good reviews from previous customers.
I am currently stationed in Germany and they deliver to APO addresses. If you are in the Armed Forces that is a huge plus. Sometimes you can't get what you want on the local economy for various reasons.
I went around to a few jewelry stores to see what certain rings look like in person. Nothing compared to what I've seen on Diamonds USA's website. So I decided to try my luck with ordering a ring online. Best decision I ever made. Everything they tell you about their services are 100% accurate.
You pick what you want, they make sure if you made the right choice, and they keep you up to date with emails and phone calls through out the whole process. Now that's great customer service!
When the ring arrived in its discrete packaging I was amazed. The ring looked better than the one they showed on the website and the ones I looked at on the local economy. Don't get me wrong the website has some highly detailed pictures of their products. Which is one of the reasons I went with them in the first place. The main reason was because of customer reviews.
I am glad I choose Diamonds USA and will continue to do business with them. I want to say thank you for sending me a perfect ring!
