Dear David.
First off I would like to thank you for excellent service and a magnificent diamond ring. This weekend I got a Yes from my partner and she absolutely loved the ring.
However we noticed that I had ordered the ring in the wrong size and it was too big for her finger. We would need to come down to a size 16 (it´s about an 18 today) which is quite some difference in size. We were very sad to find out my mistake.
Could you please advice what a good solution to this would be. :(
