I have just received my beautiful ring today….right on time.
It’s gorgeous and you’ve done a wonderful job. I can’t believe
you made the ring and had it at my door within 2 weeks!
I’m so glad I found your website.
Also your customer service was excellent – I’ll definitely be
referring you to my friends here in Australia.
I want you to know that my fiancé and I love the ring and spent
yesterday evening looking at and describing what it
means to both of us….it’s a special part of this time in our
lives.
As you know, online buying of valuable items is a bit of a risk,
but I trusted you and your professionalism.
But the key thing that engendered trust from my end was your
prompt communication that addressed all my concerns quickly
together with the follow up photographs.
Also the fact that once I’d purchased my diamond, it no longer
appeared on the selection list.
I liked that your website was engaging, educational and offered
me so much choice and that your prices were significantly below your competitors in the US.
I’m looking at the ring right now. You have fully honoured your
promise to me.
I can’t stop smiling. (I’m now thinking of upgrading the diamond
in the not too distant future J )
