I have used Diamonds USA many times and one of the many benefits for me is that you dont have to be rich to buy the woman in your life a diamond from them. They recently excelled themselves for me and accepted the return of a pair of diamond earrings because I had ordered them too small for what she wanted. They accepted them back for exchange without hesitation and it was all so trouble free. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
