Good afternoon David Braverman, when shopping around for my 13th year anniversary present, I provided you some information of what I was looking for and my wife always wanted a diamond solitaire.
I presented you with the specs that I was looking for and called you to discuss it. You recommended a particular loose round certified diamond solitaire that was over a 1ct in size and you stated that it had excellent brillance not only because of the color and clarity but the cut as well.
I have seen many diamonds in stores and I had to admit your price point was very attractive. The added money back warranty that you provided placed my mind at ease however when I received my diamond in a certified mail, I was completely blown away!!!
The amount of brilliance that it showed was a amazing....so much so I took it to a local jeweler who could not stop commenting on how brilliant it looked.
Long story short, I had it mounted in a mounting with accent certified diamonds and presented it to my wife and the look on her face was priceless....she was totally speechless. She lost hope as we looked for so long and she could not find that one ring that melted her heart.
This was it and I truly thank you for making it all possible. She continually get comments from our ring as it truly is a brilliant diamond.
