I would recommend your company to any one, wherever they are in the world. The service we recieved was amazing, the staff are so helpful and kind. We are getting married February 14th 2005, in the United Kingdom, only we didn't decide this until mid December 2004. There are so many Jewellers in the city where we live, that you would think the competition was quite strong. Only it isn't, because nothing compared. I chose my diamond, which in itself is amazing, just think about it - you are choosing your own stone, you choose the weight, the size the clarity - the freedom of that is perfect. And then you select your favourite setting. It is so exciting.
When I first found the website I had to keep emailing, asking questions - everyone was so friendly and easy going, relaxed and helpful. It only took me 48 hours to decide, and we ordered both the stone and setting. Diamonds USA processed our order almost immediately, despite the fact it was Christmas and New Year.
And then it arrived. I will never forget how I felt when we opened the box. It sat there and shone, twinkled and caught every dancing light. Beautiful. The ring was sadly too small, and I was heart broken, something so gorgeous didn't instantly fit perfectly! So I called the company and asked if they wanted me to send it back... and do you know what they said? They told me to take it to a local jewellers and they paid for it to be altered. Sometimes in life small mistakes do happen, but you need to be able to trust - and know that these will be rectified with the least possible problem.
I took my ring to two jewellers here - because I couldn't believe what the first one told me. The second one confirmed it - both were incredibly impressed with the clarity, the colour and the beauty of the stone. And me? Am I happy? I absolutely love that ring. Honestly, you won't get better value for money or customer service. I will never use a conventional jeweller again for diamonds. Thank you.
