My fiance decided that she wanted either a marquise or a pear shaped diamond for her engagement ring. However, we simply could not find one in the shops that was that was a decent size and affordable. I had a set a budget of around £1500 and the shops could only offer around 0.4 carat marquise diamond in this price range.
