This is the second ring that we have purchased from your firm over the last 12 months or so. The first being an engagement ring.
With both purchases we have had and excellent buying experience and even when we have needed to contact your company it has been easy to do and we have received a high level of customer care.
Although we do a lot of buying on the internet and are comfortable doing so spending large sums on such an emotive purchase does give cause for a little bit of worry. However, our web buying experience with your company has been easy to do both in terms of deciding what we needed to purchase as well as the process itself.
We have been delighted with the products and reassured by the service and documentation that has accompanied them.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to others. I doubt very much if they would find better value for money.
