It has been a great experience buying my diamond from Diamonds-USA. Buying
items online has always brought high anxiety, as you never know the person
you are dealing with. When the purchase is in thousand of dollars, as in a
diamond, it becomes even more stressful. Diamonds-USA did a great job in
making sure that I had a comfortable and trustworthy online purchase. They
were always there to help when I need, either via the chat functionality, or
simply over the phone. They have also been very upfront and straigthforward
with all my concerns. The day I got my princess cut diamond, I had it
appraised. The diamond is as it claims in the EGL certification, but the
price is worth twice of what I paid for!!!
