Payment was simple and the thing I was most surprised about was the phone call I got from your staff later that evening confirming my order. No one does that. They just take your money and send you the merchandise. That alone guarantees that I will be a return customer. In fact, Diamonds-USA.com didn't even run the charge to my credit card until a week after I received the necklace.
Your staff also told me it would take about a week to complete the setting and ship; however, I received a status email the following day saying that the diamond was being set. The next day, the diamond necklace shipped. I thought that would take at least a week, but it arrived in less than 3 days.
Christmas Day, my wife was very surprised. She loves it!
