I want to thank you for the top quality service provided by your company.
I purchased a "Journey" pendant for my wife for Christmas.
Your website noted that I had 10 days to return the pendant if I was not satisfied. For once in my life I was purchasing my wife's gift early and 10 days would have expired before Christmas. I made a call to your office and was told that would not be a problem and that you would extend the approval period past Christmas.
Needless to say, my wife loved the pendant and does not want it returned.
I also followed your advice and had a local jeweler appraise the piece. The estimated value he gave was nearly twice what I had paid!
Quality product, excellent service and great prices - who could ask for more.
