I am very pleased with my order experience with Diamond USA. Your customer service is excellent.

I received several e-mails informing me of my order status, tracking information, and just checking to see if I was satisfied with my purchase. I also received a couple phone calls to confirm my order and to verify if I was satisfied or if I was going to be returning the diamond.

The diamond I purchased is very beautiful and was appraised at twice was I purchased it for.

One thing which made my purchasing decision easier was the cut information and measurements of the diamond provided on the website. Before I purchased my diamond I did extensive research via the internet and local jewlers. One thing I found was most places failed to mention or bring up the cut. The cut is a very large part of the quality of a diamond.

The information on the website made it easy for me to make my decision and feel comfortable with it. I would definitely recommend ordering from Diamond USA and will do so in the future if the need arises.
