Dear Diamonds USA, I do want to thank you for the quality of the engagement ring. I would recommend and have recommended Diamond USA to a friend of the family. I was very hesitant for buying over the internet but with the ability to charge and view for 10 days, it gave me the go ahead to give it a shot.
The ring came much faster than the 3 weeks. When my mother took it to the appraisal I was very scared, too much my surprize the appraisal was higher for a internet purchase than what I paid for and the diamonds were certified to the same quality as what I had purchased. I will say I had another appraisal done at a jewelry saler and they said the quality was not up to par of what I purchased. Of course this was not true but you have to make sure you have a independent appraisal company that just does appraisals so that you get a honest opinion. So have a appraisal company picked out before you purchase the diamond and make sure they have no conflicts of interest.
It is nerve racking but this company has high standards in quality and a very good wholesale price on the jewelry. I also found the building your ring fairly easy.
If you are a customer and know what you want, Diamonds USA does a good service for their clients and their appraisals of their diamonds are right on.
