I am writing to you to express my thanks for my gorgeous diamond solitaire. I came across your web site whilst dredging the internet for a diamond ring that had a beautiful diamond, a band I liked and a price tag I could afford. Generally when looking at solitaires, a woman will always find something she does not like, the band is too slim, too thick, the diamond does not sit high enough or is too high, the band needs to be resized or overall the price tag is something we can never afford!
Your website was so easy to use, I saw the ‘design your own ring’ banner and off I went. You have a huge selection of bands, suitable for all kinds of diamond solitaires! Who would have guessed that there are so many different shapes and cuts! It does not end there either, you have anniversary, eternity and trilogy bands, and we can still pick our own diamonds to go in them! Its one thing to own a diamond solitaire but another if you chose all the components yourself!
I have to admit to be a little dubious about buying something so personal and potentially expensive over the net, so I was a little conservative about my choice, but you made it all so easy. I chose the shape of the diamond, the band to go with it, it arrived within 5 working days along with an insurance evaluation, an EGL diamond consultation, a box, a velvet bag and I got 10 days to appraise it before you charged my credit card. And to think I never thought I would ever be able to afford a ring as beautiful!
To top it all off I received a personal email asking me if I had received it, if I was happy with it and if I had any questions! That is what I call excellent after sales service.
To anyone trawling the net for ideas or for somewhere to buy a beautiful and affordable gift for a loved one, I would have to recommend your website as I do not think there is anyone else on the web better or more reliable than you!
I am now saving up so I can be a little, no a LOT less conservative on my next purchase!
